What you will do

• Manage the overall execution of Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs) from inception through completion.
• Develop Strategic A3s (Project Charters) to define program foundations, problems, and success metrics.
• Partner with functional leaders to architect program strategies and translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and decision-making forums.
• Lead through influence with cross-functional teams across various departments to deliver strategic objectives.
• Drive organizational change management and adoption for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of strategic, enterprise-level program/project management experience
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business results.
• Experience leading programs in dynamic, scaling technology companies.
• Exceptional project management skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience with Lean problem-solving methodology or similar structured approaches.
• Proficiency in program management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Proven expertise creating executive-level reporting, documentation, and communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing C-suite executives and senior leaders.

Nice to have

• PMP, or similar certification preferred.
