TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech, API): Building and evolving a high-quality, scalable API platform to enable deep integrations with payments, FX, and financial services, with an accent on defining API endpoints, webhooks, and data contracts. Focus on ensuring excellent developer experience, platform reliability, and driving adoption of new API use cases.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

Own and evolve the API platform and use-case roadmap.
Define API endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts.
Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers on API design, authentication, and idempotency.
Translate business and partner needs into clear product requirements, driving delivery from discovery through launch.
Partner with Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.
Improve developer experience through documentation, sandboxes, and error reporting.

Requirements

Product Management experience (3+ years for L3, 5+ for L4, 7+ for L5).
Strong experience working on API-first or platform products.
Comfortable reading and discussing technical designs and trade-offs.
Experience defining APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

Fintech, payments, FX, or financial infrastructure experience.
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, API keys, and event-driven systems.
Experience working with external developers or partners.
