- Engage externally with customers and internally with engineering, marketing, analytics, and sales teams.
- Develop strategy for hirify.global’s core products and present plans directly to leadership.
- Steer engineering and cross-functional teams to execute on the product strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience.
- Computer Science background or similar experience.
- Strong product sense and ability to lead products that require coordination of many teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure product and team success.
- Creative and curious product thinkers who can develop and grow a compelling vision for hirify.global’s insights and analytics products.
