What you will do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, aligned with company objectives.
  • Discover, define, and prioritise customer problems using data, research, and stakeholder input.
  • Translate strategy into clear product requirements, outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high‑quality solutions end‑to‑end.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution, balancing speed, quality, and long‑term scalability.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvement and iteration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to own complex product areas and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery skills and customer‑centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑moving environments.
