TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Leads the Trust & Safety domain, responsible for balancing security with seamless user experience in payment processes with an accent on dispute management, customer care interfaces, and fraud/risk interventions. Focus on developing and executing product strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance (FCA, PSD2/SCA, KYC/AML), and optimizing "Experience Health" KPIs.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute product strategy for consumer protection and account integrity within the Trust & Safety domain.
  • Ensure all consumer experiences meet FCA, PSD2/SCA, and KYC/AML regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Define end-to-end user journeys for complex scenarios like dispute resolution, identity verification, and account limitations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Fraud, Operations) to build real-time threat response systems.
  • Define KPIs for "Experience Health" and optimize performance, monitoring impact on user retention and trust.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to uphold operating principles while navigating UK financial regulations.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience, with focus on Growth, Risk, or Trust & Safety in UK fintech or payments.
  • Deep understanding of UK financial services sector, especially API-led processing and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret complex risk and performance data for informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and high EQ leadership skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment.
