What you will do
- Develop sales plans to effectively work accounts within an assigned territory.
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Utilize communication skills and industry knowledge to close deals.
- Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand market trends and interpret relevant data.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition, using a value selling approach.
- Track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.).
- Experience in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in the office.
