What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners by providing innovative leave management solutions.
- Drive revenue through value deck presentations and detailed product demonstrations.
- Utilize a modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator to accelerate the buying cycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing product feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with implementation and leave specialists to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to conduct value selling, perform software demos, and articulate ROI to multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and active listening.
- Strong follow-through and prioritization of time management.
- Must be based in the USA.
