What you will do
- Identify, secure, and manage high-impact partnerships in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential partners focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strategically manage partner relationships to achieve specific customer and revenue milestones.
- Implement strategies to optimize partner performance and ensure long-term contributions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute partnership solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Partnerships role within a startup or tech company (Fintech, eCommerce, or SaaS).
- Proven track record of signing new partnerships and driving incremental growth.
- Must be located in the UK.
- Demonstrated ownership, humility, structured thinking, and data-driven approach.
- Ability to conduct tough conversations positively.
