What you will do

  • Build models linking channel spend to lead flow, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to set spend levels for quarterly and annual lead generation targets.
  • Define cross-channel optimization strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and retargeting.
  • Define and prioritize the experimentation roadmap for scalable growth opportunities.
  • Develop and optimize inbound programs to resonate with SMB prospects, improving value clarity and conversion.
  • Assess the impact of AI-driven search and discovery changes on paid media economics and acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; expertise in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, DSPs, and retargeting platforms.
  • Strong grasp of attribution, funnel metrics, and statistical significance testing.
  • Understanding how AI-driven search and generative assistants are reshaping digital advertising.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing investment decisions with data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or HR/Payroll/Workforce technology industries.
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
