What you will do
- Own the end-to-end integrated marketing program for hirify.global Learning Arc across segments and regions.
- Design, launch, and refine PLG growth motions (activation, PQLs, conversion, onboarding) with scalable playbooks.
- Architect and oversee multi-channel programs across email, digital, social, events, and in-product.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate strategy into clear, differentiated messaging and compelling storytelling.
- Drive alignment with Sales and Field teams on ABM motions and expansion programs to support pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Own the measurement framework for Learning Arc programs, using data and experimentation to improve performance.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in integrated, growth, or product marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Ability to independently design and lead complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
- Track record of scaling a differentiated product from early traction to repeatable growth.
- Demonstrated success building and operating PLG or hybrid self-serve and sales-led motions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Data-driven marketer with experience optimizing funnel performance and campaigns.
- Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complex value propositions.
