Salary: $194,000—$242,000 USD

What you will do

• Shape and influence the technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Rapidly prototype and validate project ideas through iterative development cycles.
• Define and secure stakeholder alignment on clear, measurable success criteria to accelerate AI initiatives.
• Assess risks and opportunities, and devise proactive mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with stakeholders.
• Present outcomes and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience, with at least 8 years as a TPM or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt well and work with diverse teams.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to influence others.
• Experience with ML models, LLMs, LRMs, feature development, model testing, and resource management.
• Familiar with A/B testing and incremental delivery.
