Salary: $215,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and execute hirify.global's AI for Science API credit strategy, managing partnerships with academic labs, startups, and foundations.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners through application calls and targeted relationship building.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for AI for Science, coordinating with Applied AI, product, and GTM teams.
• Compile regular reports and learnings from the AI for Science ecosystem to inform research and GTM priorities.
• Manage timelines, resource requirements, and reporting for the AI for Science program.
• Work closely with partners to understand technical/operational needs and translate them into deployment plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in life sciences research with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for progress.
• 3+ years of experience managing external partnerships, grantmaking, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Deep relationships and credibility in life sciences domains, familiar with key players at major universities and research institutes.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly on AI concepts, understand LLM capabilities/limitations, and partner with technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, having built programs or organizations from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience working with philhirify.global foundations on science funding.
• Background at biotech companies, academic research institutions, or in scientific research and technology product roles.
• Background in wet lab research with aptitude for scientific communications.
