TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Driving new customers and revenue for a rapidly growing Voice AI platform with an accent on building strong sales pipelines, understanding customer needs in the ASR space, and articulating value propositions. Focus on researching new speech recognition use cases and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Location: Remote from London, England, responsible for covering the EMEA region. Must be based in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) with strong overlap to customer business hours.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000. Offers Equity and Commission.

What you will do

  • Build a strong sales pipeline of new logos and strive to exceed quarterly sales targets in collaboration with the Partnerships team, Account Executives, and fellow SDRs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers, to ensure sales effectiveness.
  • Understand customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and hirify.global products to fully articulate the value proposition.
  • Research companies to find new speech recognition use cases and opportunities in the market.

Requirements

  • Must be based remotely out of London, England.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and exceptional time-management skills.
  • Ability to deliver results to customers and the hirify.global team.

Nice to have

  • Prior sales experience, especially selling a technical product to technical decision makers.
  • Experience prospecting companies that fit an ideal customer profile and understanding their business.
  • Consistently overachieved against sales targets in past experiences.
