What you will do

• Lead technical delivery of customer PoCs from kickoff to production.
• Integrate MarvelX with customer systems, including APIs, data feeds, and document pipelines.
• Translate customer workflows and requirements into concrete technical implementations.
• Configure, adapt, and extend hirify.global agents for specific customer use cases.
• Collaborate with core engineers to unblock delivery, shape features, and improve platform robustness.
• Own technical communication with customer engineering, IT, and operations teams.
• Ensure deployments meet performance, reliability, and security expectations in regulated environments.
• Support the transition from PoC to production and expansion by identifying follow-up use cases.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
• Comfort working directly with customers and owning technical outcomes end-to-end.
• Solid experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and turn loose requirements into concrete solutions.
• Strong debugging skills and a bias toward reliability and correctness.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-engineers.
• Ownership mindset: you don’t wait for perfect specs, you make things work.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Python-based backend systems and APIs.
• Experience deploying AI or data-heavy systems in production.
• Prior startup experience or time in high-ownership environments.
• Comfort working across time zones and with enterprise stakeholders.
