What you will do
- Collaborate with account executives on complex enterprise deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery calls, tailored demos, proof-of-concept processes, and implementation scoping.
- Tune prompts and models to achieve the required AI performance for customers.
- Build custom modules and integrations with revenue, billing, accounts payable, and other transaction systems.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver customer requests and advocate for customer needs.
- Debug, fix, upgrade, support, and maintain deployed solutions in production.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solutions engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; computer science is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in customer-facing work.
- Experience identifying customer needs and developing innovative technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with account executives on technical sales processes for enterprise customers.
