What you will do

• Account for a defined portfolio of clients in France.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer strategy, objectives, and decision-makers.
• Build and embed long-term trusted advisor relationships with client C-level business owners.
• Create and maintain account plans with a clear strategy for driving growth.
• Oversee all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end-to-end customer relationship.
• Lead the extended account team to collaborate on servicing clients and developing growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Maintain a solid understanding of hirify.global Data&Analytics propositions, customer business models, and workflows.
• Possess significant work experience in the applicable industry and knowledge of customer workflow.
• Demonstrate proven account management, sales, or marketing experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Exhibit very strong relationship building, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
• Native French speaker with English proficiency.
