Account Manager (Belgium & France)

Location: Remote or Hybrid. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Belgium or The Netherlands. Occasional travel across Belgium and France is required.

What you will do

• Become the trusted point of contact for organizers and partners across Belgium and France.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with festivals, promoters, venues, and ticketing partners.
• Support new partners with onboarding and help them utilize hirify.global tools effectively.
• Ensure partner events run smoothly and proactively step in when needed.
• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience) to solve challenges and unlock opportunities.
• Identify growth possibilities, including new partnerships, markets, and event segments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management or partnerships, ideally within live events, ticketing, entertainment, or tech.
• Strong relationship-builder with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or account management workflows.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple partnerships.
• Comfortable representing a brand at meetings, events, and conferences.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Belgium or The Netherlands.
