What you will do
- Grow revenue from your restaurant portfolio by selling and activating hirify.global solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for restaurants and build strong, long-term partnerships.
- Support your portfolio via email and phone, advising on positioning, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Define and execute action plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to drive performance.
- Negotiate fair and sustainable commercial conditions to improve restaurant margins and increase seat occupancy.
- Monitor compliance with hirify.global terms and quality standards to ensure an excellent B2C user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role
- Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM
- Comfortable with sales conversations and negotiations over the phone
- Experience managing a high volume of calls (20–50 per day) and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts)
- Strong results focus with experience working with KPIs and targets
Nice to have
- Experience in the Internet or technology sector
- Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales
- Knowledge of revenue management concepts or commercial optimisation
- Strong analytical and creative thinking, with the ability to propose tailored customer solutions
- Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term business relationships
