TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech): Driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers in Southern Europe with an accent on upsell, cross-sell, and contract negotiation. Focus on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France with a flexible on-site policy (4 days per month remote, 3 full weeks remote per year).

What you will do

  • Own and develop a dedicated portfolio of Southern European customers.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to effectively position solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with Customer Success Managers.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM software.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate both high-velocity and value-focused deals.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong consultative approach.
  • French Native or Fluent required.
  • Good level of English required.

Nice to have

  • Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Experience in Fintech or Finance teams.
  • Ownership mindset to help shape the AM playbook.
