What you will do
- Own and develop a dedicated portfolio of Southern European customers.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Understand client needs and business objectives to effectively position solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with Customer Success Managers.
- Provide customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM software.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to navigate both high-velocity and value-focused deals.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong consultative approach.
- French Native or Fluent required.
- Good level of English required.
Nice to have
- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Experience in Fintech or Finance teams.
- Ownership mindset to help shape the AM playbook.
