Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. This role combines onsite collaboration with remote work, offering an additional 25 days per year to work from a city or country of your choice.

What you will do

  • Manage multi-threaded relationships with partners, focusing on trust, business operations, and user adoption for the trading platform.
  • Align cross-functionally to improve performance, establish best practices, and develop product roadmap initiatives.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key business metrics and success criteria through business reviews, providing ongoing optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate on providing solutions to critical partner issues and needs, feeding back for product refinement.
  • Lead in-person and virtual Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and act as the main point of escalation for partner issues, ensuring swift resolutions.

Requirements

  • English: C2 (native or near-native) required, and ideally French: C2 (native or near-native) required.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles for SaaS or fintech organizations.
  • Expertise in leading projects, facilitating training workshops, and liaising cross-functionally.
  • Creative problem solver, accountable, and a collaborative team player.
