What you will do
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with ISV, SaaS, and Cash Register partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive mutual growth and success.
- Understand partner needs and advise on the use of our APIs, white-label solutions, and payment products.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, focusing on market expansion and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration of hirify.global's payment solutions into partner platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent in Flemish, French and English
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the FinTech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing ISV partnerships.
- Understanding of payment solutions (both offline & online) and integration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
