What you will do
- Scale and maintain a world-class go-to-market (GTM) team for efficient and high long-term growth.
- Build massive sales capacity and coverage, developing a data-driven, metrics-centric sales operation.
- Analyze operating results and take necessary steps to correct performance shortfalls.
- Create and drive new go-to-market operational structures to support team growth.
- Establish highly repeatable and scalable sales processes, automation, and reporting methodology.
- Recruit, inspire, lead, mentor, motivate, and instill operational rigor into the team to capitalize on market opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of success as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader.
- Ability to engage with and hire the best sales talent in the market.
- Clear focus and emphasis on methodology-based sales coaching (MEDDPIC, Command of the Message, Challenger Sales).
- Expert knowledge of value-based sales with business and IT, including C-suite.
- Experience in leadership roles focused on developing and managing new sales organizations within Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS sales.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
