What you will do

  • Build and execute a compelling sales strategy for France & Beluch.
  • Lead new business performance across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market segments.
  • Drive disciplined territory planning, pipeline creation, and forecasting.
  • Lead, coach, and energize a diverse sales organization.
  • Serve as a senior executive presence, building client and prospect relationships.
  • Influence account management outcomes and portfolio health.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading SaaS sales teams across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Experience managing a significant revenue or portfolio base in a mature, competitive market.
  • Deep understanding of the French corporate landscape; Belgian market knowledge advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and achieving strong new-business results.
  • Experience collaborating with account management or renewals teams in a matrixed environment.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability with a coaching mindset.
