What you will do
- Structure and quote projects ranging from $10K to $500K+ by converting client requests into actionable project plans.
- Manage relationships with small and medium-sized accounts to ensure continued engagement and retention.
- Create and execute territory growth strategies, including prospecting approaches to expand client relationships.
- Understand client needs, act as an advocate, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and Client Delivery teams on forecasting, KPIs, and research engagement planning.
- Help design and improve internal processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study.
- 0–2 years of professional work experience.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to deliver excellent service.
- Ability to quickly grasp client challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to engage with clients.
- Must be able to work in New York City (NYC) in a hybrid format, 3 days per week.
- US Work Authorization is required.
