Salary: $300,000–$350,000 USD OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of new enterprise logo acquisition, from outbound prospecting through close.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, executive buyers).
  • Apply value-based enterprise sales frameworks (e.g., Command of the Message) to articulate hirify.global’s value.
  • Operate with strong forecasting discipline using MEDDPICC and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
  • Build and execute account and territory plans to expand hirify.global’s footprint and break into new industries.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and customer workshops to position hirify.global as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, consistently closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven success in new-logo acquisition within large, sophisticated organizations (Fortune 1000).
  • Strong command of value-based enterprise sales frameworks (e.g., Command of the Message).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MEDDPICC for deal qualification and accurate forecasting.
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles and navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and security processes.
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to tie product capabilities to quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Technical curiosity and aptitude to understand and sell a conversational AI platform.
  • Must be based in the USA within the Northeastern states (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts).
