Location: Remote (US). Preference for District of DC, Maryland or Virginia (DMV) area. U.S. Citizenship is required and must reside in the contiguous United States. What you will do

• Partner with Public Sector Sales leadership to develop account strategies and drive revenue as a technical and strategic executive sponsor.
• Serve as hirify.global’s chief technology evangelist in the Public Sector, creating content and speaking at industry events.
• Engage with senior leaders at government agencies and partners as a trusted advisor to solve security and compliance challenges.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights to influence Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams, shaping the product roadmap.
• Advise on Public Sector go-to-market strategy, channel partnerships, and strategic integrators.
• Collaborate to integrate public sector market trends into hirify.global’s overall corporate strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a senior, customer-facing technical role (e.g., principal architect, senior solutions engineer, technical director) focused on the U.S. Public Sector (DoD, IC, Federal Civilian, and/or SLED).
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned capacity.
• Master communicator and storyteller, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value for executive audiences.
• Deep business acumen and strong understanding of public sector procurement, compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC), and the partner ecosystem.
• Strategic thinker, comfortable in unstructured environments, driving outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.
