What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for a select group of hirify.global’s most complex, high-scale global enterprises.
• Translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Deliver timely onboarding and advise on technical best practices for customers.
• Provide clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
• Contribute towards the success of the CSE organization through knowledge-sharing activities and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of prior experience in technical post-sales roles in cybersecurity or internet technology.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Deep understanding of how the internet works, including OSI model layers and protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP), reverse/forward proxies, and security aspects (Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Zero Trust).
• Understanding of performance aspects of an internet property, such as Speed, Latency, Caching, and HTTP/2.
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands.

Nice to have

• Understanding of, or experience with, regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
