TL;DR

Senior Solutions Architect (National Security): Driving technical adoption and scaling of the Game Warden platform for U.S. government clients with an accent on technical engagements, product adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on inspiring confidence in the team and products, tracking customer feedback, and supporting business development efforts.

Location: Remote. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. due to federal government client work and U.S.-specific benefits (401k, health insurance, state notices). An active Security Clearance (TS/SCI) is a strong preference.

What you will do

  • Serve as a key member of the Mission Success team, owning technical aspects of direct customer engagements.
  • Participate in go-to-market efforts including customer calls, technical presentations, and product demos.
  • Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products and represent the company as a trusted SME.
  • Track customer feedback and engage with product teams to align roadmaps with demand signals.
  • Support business development efforts by developing/reviewing marketing content.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in technical roles (software engineering, sales engineering, technical product management) with proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client-facing experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certified or eager to certify).
  • Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a federal/government-facing solutions architect role.
  • Strong track record supporting complex enterprise SaaS customers.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications (e.g., Security+).
  • Familiarity with 2F’s tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, relational databases.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices.
  • Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI).
