What you will do
- Own technical presales for Federal and SLED accounts, guiding customers through evaluation, demo, architecture design, and onboarding phases.
- Deliver tailored product demos and technical deep dives aligning with customer security standards and compliance needs.
- Support and guide the implementation of the hirify.global platform for new public sector customers.
- Act as the technical translator between Sales and Product, surfacing actionable feedback and feature gaps.
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, providing accurate and compliance-aligned technical responses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, including endpoint configuration, agent behavior, networking challenges, and integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role within the Public Sector Enterprise space.
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting.
- Solid foundation in networking and security concepts, including firewalls, VPN, DNS, and common endpoint protections.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, remote access tools, and endpoint deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, and NIST frameworks is required.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; respected technical certifications (e.g., Security+, MCSE, CISSP) is preferred.
