Location: Based in the Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office).

Salary: $81,450-$92,700 base salary + performance-based sales incentive pay, On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $162,900- $185,400.

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals with organizations of all sizes, cultivating them into dedicated hirify.global partners.
  • Build a pipeline of new business and strategic upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Own the full sales-cycle from prospect to close.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of acquiring new corporate accounts.
  • Passion for understanding business needs and tailoring hirify.global solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset and data-driven approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
