What you will do
- Manage a team of account executives each responsible for a specific geographical territory in Eastern Canada.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and maintain relationships with key customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience managing and leading a team of 4+ enterprise and major account executives.
- 4+ years' sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and knowledge of sales and marketing best practices.
