Team Manager, Business Development Representatives (DACH & EMEA): Leading and developing a high-performing BDR team focused on elevating outbound prospecting and pipeline growth with an accent on call coaching, structured training programs, and leveraging AI-driven tools for scalable outreach. Focus on improving outreach quality, objection handling, and qualification to drive predictable pipeline generation.

Location: Full-time onsite in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BDRs, supporting them in improving outreach quality, objection handling, and overall performance.
  • Provide hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role-play sessions.
  • Build and deliver scalable training programmes covering outbound techniques and sales best practices.
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, social).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align on pipeline targets and improve qualification and conversion metrics.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and modern sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha, etc.) to scale personalised outreach.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams within a SaaS or technology organisation.
  • Skilled in Enterprise outbound, cold calling, target account engagement, and qualification methodologies.
  • A strong coach with the ability to motivate, inspire, and upskill teams.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Cognism.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for developing people.
