What you will do
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify leads through inbound and outbound telephone activities (approx. 70% of work).
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional initial engagement.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by conducting discovery calls and understanding their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Executive to support customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German (Native or C1) for professional B2B customer communication.
- Proficient in English, as it is the company language.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in reaching out to new customers by phone (2-5 years advantage).
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot experience is an advantage).
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Motivated, self-starting, and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
