What you will do

• Own engineering execution and ensure technical plans are delivered reliably and at high quality.
• Set clear ownership across teams and continuously improve engineering processes.
• Ensure predictable delivery as the company scales, without compromising reliability or quality.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to keep execution pragmatic, focused, and impact driven.

Requirements

• Hands on engineering leader with strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience leading Frontend, Backend, and Reliability teams and scaling engineering organisations.
• Natural leader who sets high standards, attracts strong talent, and builds trust across teams.
• Highly driven, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience includes React Native, Python, and data pipelines.
