Business Development Representative (Nordics): Driving high-quality outbound prospecting and managing strategic sales processes in the Nordic region with an accent on building pipeline and shaping sales motions. Location: Must work onsite in Dublin, Ireland with in-person collaboration required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do

  • Master hirify.global's platform and competitive landscape
  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customized multichannel messaging for the Nordic market
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
  • Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM
  • Help build playbooks and define sales motion

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland and work onsite
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or a Nordic language
  • Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
