Business Development Representative (Nordics): Driving high-quality outbound prospecting and managing strategic sales processes in the Nordic region with an accent on building pipeline and shaping sales motions. Location: Must work onsite in Dublin, Ireland with in-person collaboration required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do
- Master 's platform and competitive landscape
- Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customized multichannel messaging for the Nordic market
- Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
- Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM
- Help build playbooks and define sales motion
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland and work onsite
- Fluency in English and Dutch or a Nordic language
- Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
