Salary: $150,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do
- Maximize revenue through strategic marketing solutions and innovative sales/marketing concepts for global brands.
- Sell the Exosphere, sponsorship packages, official sponsor naming rights, and custom brand integrations.
- Build media and sponsorship partnerships with the largest companies in the world.
- Ensure accounts are properly tracked and updated in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement a data-driven sales approach and maximize efficiency.
- Deliver a sales quota, manage an extensive pipeline, and maintain customer relationships across all levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ direct sales experience.
- Seasoned negotiator and relationship builder with a proven record of negotiating complex, multi-product, multi-year deals.
- Extensive knowledge of brand marketing and sponsorship sales, preferably having sold for both traditional and digital-led ad sales.
- Proven cross-functional leader skilled at building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and embrace change with a flexible mindset.
