What you will do

• Drive revenue by selling integrated packages across multiple platforms including video, social, print, and digital.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key advertising decision-makers at both agency and client levels.
• Utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, and research data to deliver hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Marketing Services and Account Services teams to create and deliver creative client solutions and strategic digital media plans.
• Manage all aspects of the sales communication and negotiation process, providing accurate business estimates and forecasts.
• Create annual and quarterly business plans to drive revenue growth and strategy across your portfolio of accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience with integrated platforms.
• Expert negotiation skills with experience in high-level sales deals.
• Strategic, consultative selling experience with a proven ability to navigate large and complex deals.
• Proven experience in creating compelling and persuasive presentations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
