hirify.global is a fully remote product company that provides a platform for insurance brokers, MGAs, and insurers to design, build, and manage their own insurance products.

What you will do

• Design and build new insurance schemes on the hirify.global platform.
• Manage support requests for ongoing scheme updates and major changes.
• Provide daily support, including documentation uploads and user management.
• Troubleshoot tickets and resolve support requests efficiently.
• Translate underwriting guides into rating files using Excel.
• Identify and implement process improvements for optimal results.

Requirements

• Background in insurance or underwriting (at least 2+ years).
• Comfortable with everyday tasks in Word and Excel.
• Prefer problem-solving with insurance products and platforms over selling policies.
• Enjoy working with people and building strong connections.
• Ability to work swiftly and efficiently, balancing speed with attention to detail.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Configuration Analyst or Business/Systems Analyst for SaaS insurance software solutions.
• Experience working with different facets of insurance support and scheme management.
