Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products.
• Provide guidance and support to customers to accelerate the realization of product value.
• Test software configurations to ensure they satisfy specific customer requirements.
• Manage and update task assignments to meet company and client commitments.
• Create client-facing documentation, including meeting minutes and trip reports.
• Support knowledge transfer across team members and internal functional groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of experience with software implementation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada (no employer sponsorship available).
• Availability to travel as required to client sites.
• Strong knowledge of software systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a global team.
