Onboarding and Information Assurance Coordinator

TL;DR

Onboarding and Information Assurance Coordinator (Foodservice Platform): Supporting enrollment of new customers into the Platform Data Ecosystem by building processes for capturing customer relationships and ensuring ongoing data alignment across systems with an accent on analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data sources. Focus on identifying challenges and opportunities, producing recommendations, formulating improvement plans, and overseeing their execution.

Location: Remote (UK only). This position is remotely based in the UK. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

What you will do

• Evaluate short-term and long-term projects for efficiently onboarding new customers into the data ecosystem.
• Ensure all customer-related data is properly aligned and accurate across systems.
• Define logic with teams to prevent data misalignment.
• Analyze data to identify challenges and opportunities, present findings to leadership, and provide recommendations.
• Formulate and oversee execution of plans for system and process improvements.
• Maintain customer data alignment for international data, negotiate with stakeholders, document processes, and update dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK; no work sponsorship available.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal, to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis in a timely fashion.
