Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS): Identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across Americas-based clients in the Banking, FinTech, and Financial Services industries with an accent on leading complex, high-value sales cycles and C-level stakeholder engagement. Focus on developing a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities and contributing to go-to-market strategy for the US market.
Location: 100% Remote (US). We are currently accepting applications from these US states: Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina.

What you will do
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities.
- Engage C-level stakeholders across banking and fintech organizations.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product to shape compelling solutions.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and feedback loops for the Sales team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling B2B, enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling complex solutions to C-level decision-makers.
- A structured and repeatable approach to best-in-class sales practices.
- Solid understanding of US banking and/or Financial Services ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with real-time payment schemes (e.g., FedNow, RTP, SEPA, FPS).
- Background in banking or experience working for regulated financial institutions.
