What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned enterprise restaurant brand accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Develop account-specific plans to maximize customer satisfaction and expand product portfolio within accounts.
  • Own the post-sale relationship, developing long-term strategic plans to drive retention and expansion.
  • Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships, promoting confidence and acting as an internal advocate.
  • Monitor account health, including contract renewals and satisfaction metrics; track and forecast performance in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from building a funnel and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales in a B2B or restaurant technology company.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, strategic accounts with high customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and relationship management in a SaaS or restaurant technology environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, project management tools such as JIRA, and the Google suite of products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational capabilities.
