What you will do
- Acquire new clients through outbound strategies and upsell existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses and startups.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop materials and increase conversion rates.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with experience working across EMEA and preferably Latin America in B2B sales.
- Experience in financial services, payments, or blockchain technologies.
- Existing network of B2B relationships with mid- to large-sized businesses and startups.
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, especially with C-level stakeholders.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive).
