What you will do
- Design and execute success plans for a book of strategic enterprise customers throughout their entire lifecycle (onboarding, implementation, upsell, cross-sell, renewal).
- Achieve and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and providing feedback to product development teams.
- Lead training sessions to ensure effective product utilization and concrete impact on customer operations.
- Monitor recordkeeping to ensure accurate customer information is captured for personalized interactions.
- Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development, including health checks and product upgrades.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, technical account manager, or similar customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
- Aptitude for understanding hirify.global solutions and related Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Entra.
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level Executives.
- Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive in building strong customer relationships and anticipating needs.
