TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Cloud): Developing, managing, and closing business within strategic enterprise accounts for hirify.global's software suite with an accent on driving sales cycle from prospect to close and ensuring adoption and consumption. Focus on engaging new and existing accounts, leading complex enterprise sales campaigns, and aligning solutions to customer business needs.

Location: Based in Coral Gables, Naples, Florida, United States. US work authorization required, visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Engage new and existing strategic enterprise accounts to promote technology solutions.
  • Lead and manage sales cycles from prospect to close for hirify.global software suite.
  • Drive adoption and consumption of solutions by customers.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales campaigns, involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Align hirify.global solutions with customer business and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of revenue and new logos.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic sales and customer development, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software, Security, and Open Source business models.
  • Strong operational discipline in crafting and executing business plans and forecasting.
  • Excellent executive presence, interpersonal skills, and credibility.
  • Experience working for a high-growth company with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, Slack, and Tableau.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree.
