TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Generate enthusiasm for solutions, identify and qualify prospects, and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads for the Legal or Home Service sales team with an accent on strategic outbound calls and emails. Focus on mastering the hirify.global story, aligning solutions with business objectives, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX. Must live within commuting distance to the office and work in the office 4-5 days a week.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 USD (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
  • Passionately convey the hirify.global story and align solutions with prospects' business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales reps and marketing teams to schedule meetings and refine outreach strategies.
  • Gather key prospect data and ensure accurate entry into Salesforce CRM.
  • Exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and closed deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of sales or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Must have sales ability demonstrated by past experience in a similar role.
