Location: Must be based in SF or be willing to relocate to SF, working in-office 5 days/week
Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do
- Plan and execute in-person events including dinners, panels, and offsites.
- Launch and grow community programs such as Slack groups and referral networks.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer champions and storytelling opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, communications, and promotion for each event.
- Create repeatable playbooks for event and community engagement.
- Track success metrics across engagement, retention, and brand reach.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in community, events, field marketing, or brand, with previous SaaS experience.
- Exceptional communicator, articulate, and detail-obsessed.
- Experience organizing high-quality B2B conferences and events.
- Ability to build systems from scratch and be scrappy.
- Must be based in SF or willing to relocate to SF (role is in-office 5 days/week).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with recruiting, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience building executive-level or industry communities.
- A strong creative eye and/or content instincts.
- Prior experience working directly with founders or early-stage teams.
