TL;DR

Community & Events Lead (AI): Building and bringing the hirify.global brand to life by creating and executing high-impact events and community programs with an accent on building relationships with talent leaders and amplifying their stories. Focus on driving revenue, loyalty, and long-term brand affinity in the recruiting and AI space.

Location: Must be based in SF or be willing to relocate to SF, working in-office 5 days/week

Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Plan and execute in-person events including dinners, panels, and offsites.
  • Launch and grow community programs such as Slack groups and referral networks.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer champions and storytelling opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, communications, and promotion for each event.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for event and community engagement.
  • Track success metrics across engagement, retention, and brand reach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in community, events, field marketing, or brand, with previous SaaS experience.
  • Exceptional communicator, articulate, and detail-obsessed.
  • Experience organizing high-quality B2B conferences and events.
  • Ability to build systems from scratch and be scrappy.
  • Must be based in SF or willing to relocate to SF (role is in-office 5 days/week).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with recruiting, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building executive-level or industry communities.
  • A strong creative eye and/or content instincts.
  • Prior experience working directly with founders or early-stage teams.
