Salary: $140,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Build and manage the annual events calendar, expanding internationally.
• Lead strategy, planning, and execution for the flagship Finance Forward AI Summit.
• Develop roadshow strategies and partner with sales/product on event investments.
• Manage a Field Marketing Specialist and build scalable playbooks for event execution.
• Own all aspects of flagship events: venue, speakers, content, production, attendees, and sponsorships.
• Track and report on event performance, pipeline, and ROI, optimizing strategy with data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing or events, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale events (200+ attendees) from concept to completion.
• Experience managing direct reports or coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously.
• Data-driven approach to measuring event success and optimizing programs.
• Comfortable building programs from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience running a flagship company summit or conference.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software marketing.
• Experience with event marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
