TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining client relationships, providing support, and identifying further use cases to increase value with an accent on upselling and negotiating contract renewals. Location: Hybrid working - 3 days a week required in the Scottsdale Office
Salary: Base salary up to $65,000, plus commission, typical earnings up to $100,000+

What you will do
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing support throughout the contract lifetime.
- Identify further use cases to increase value and develop strategies.
- Contribute to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting client contracts.
- Host online meetings to review the progress of desired outcomes.
- Identify, qualify, and resolve customer issues, working with internal departments if required.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals.
Requirements
- Sales/Account Management or Customer Success background.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience interacting with Director Level individuals.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Great communication skills and strong negotiating skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
