Customer Success Manager (MarTech): Leading mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, strategically working with the customer base to understand their business objectives and helping them achieve the best possible results using the hirify.global platform for their influencer marketing efforts with an accent on actionable and innovative marketing strategies. Focus on continuous evolution and improvement of those strategies through ongoing experimentation and iterative testing/learning.
Location: Remote (US)
Salary: USD $80,000 to $95,000 base salary, plus an additional bonus of $15,000 to $20,000

What you will do
- Cement the relationship with new and existing customers including: account growth, new product adoption, and renewals.
- Develop a “consultant” perspective to client communications, questions, and meetings.
- Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference.
- Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts, and to have complete visibility into renewal pipeline; identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touch points and take the lead in developing resolution strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ professional experience within Saas Account Management or Customer Success.
- Outstanding organization and interpersonal skills.
- A structured approach to process and prioritization.
- Initiative and the ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
- 1+ influencer or performance marketing experience.
